Great to hear Heather! My wife has had to go caffine free, and I know that can be tough, but it's better than the alternative. :wink:

Yeah it sucks, but i've been caffeine free for almost 2 months now, i think i will do fine. The only sucky part for me is i'm a big ice tea drinker, and 99% of the bottled teas are all caffeine. I'll have to start making my own.

Today i went for mine normal control to the hospital. Have now a 24hours heartmonitor. Very little thing now, years ago it was look like an old WW2 fieldradio.
Tomorrow i bring the monitor back and get an echo. Later in october an mri scan. But for me is it just normal.

Racegal. Try also sparkeld water or with tea you can try several little teabags. Canada Dry is also nice to drink and to keep you awake or give you little bit more energy, than you can try Gatorade.
