Hey Folks,

I know been along time, I havent been doing much anywhere.
All the Dr's and Medical tests I'm pretty \"Tried of the Crap!'

Who knew when my Right went numb that it was more than that. OT made it worse. But I'm doing my own excerising of my hands both Rt and Lt.

They MRI'ed and EMG'ed everything and found out that my
MS has spread more than they thought it would and faster.
It spread into my Spinal cord and now I have little \"BASTARDS\"
(MS Plaques lesions) in C-1,C-3 and C-5 &6 and
That C5 and C6 area in my spinal cord between those vertabrate where the Nerves that feed your Arms and hands
Perperial (?) nerves, usually people slip a disk and pinch one,
causes it, Well One of those MS Plaques grew right on the Junction where the 2 sets feed thru the Spine .

Dr said \"Ed , if you had to pick the Worse place to have one, You NAILED IT\" .
Only If I could the Lottery?

So but Oh well I'm still kicking and This isn't nothing but a Speed bump.

Goose

Wow goose, you are tough, That is a great fighting attitude that you have and hopefully that keeps the lesions from spreading anymore.

I'm not sure if you have any interest, but i am a strong believer in vitamins to help you heal and i looked up some info on vitamins that help ease the progression on MS. Most people look at me like i'm crazy when i talk about vitamins, but i think they work.

Feel free to check it out. :)

Thanks Folks,
I agree it beats the alternative Coach by a MILE!!!

And people think I'm Nuts for saying \" Thank God its MS not ALS or Parkinsons \".

Racegal, I take Vitamans everyday the wife gives me the Dr approved after He went to a \"Big MS Summitt\" 2 years ago .
I just can't take any type of Herbal supplements. Interacts with my Medications

I'm Not Tough, I'm just too Damn Stubborn to realize whats going on . LOL

The \"Old Goose might be \"Winged\" but he still can BITE!\"

Goose, I am always amazed by your positive attitude. It helps to remind me that I have it damned good, even if I forget that fact at times.

I totally understand what you are saying about it being better than ALS or Parkinsons. My grandfather had Parkinsons, and at the same time my grandmother, his wife, had dementia which turned out to be Alhzimers. He wasn't allowed to have solid food near the end, but she would forget and feed him. The food would go into his lungs because he could no longer control his swallowing and cause all kinds of problems.

Hey Fender,

Oh I got it Good, and I know it. If I wake up in the morning and can manage to get out of bed,
Its a Great Day
If at the end of the Day it get to go to Bed on my own when I want too,
It was a Great Day

I have a Great Wife and my Loyal Lab Roxy, They help me and Roxy gets me \"Up off my ASS\" and get some exercise. Lost 50lbs. Roxy has taken over \"Patrol Duty\" of the area at night, My Meds knock me out. But if theirs a Problem she gets me up. We feel alot safer now with her.

So With them and Great friends,
How can I be down ?

I'm doing fine. How have you been doing??

Goose

I am doing fine. Still going to school fulltime and working 20hrs a week at the local employment office. They want me to work fulltime, but I really don't want to and don't have too either. I get to spend a lot of quaility time with my daughter because my schedule allows it. Next year when I graduate I know I will have to start working fulltime but I am going to enjoy this while I can.
