WASHINGTON (CNN) -- John Walker Lindh, the American convicted of serving with the Taliban, was "roughed up" by a prison inmate earlier this week, FBI officials said Thursday.

indicates it was a small low level attack do to the victim being in the "Mantra" position. Also indicates it was in Grass faceing east.
