I would take these reports with truck loads of salt. Syria has nothing to gain by storing Iraqi WMDs. She has own stocks that are in much better conditions (helps when you were not bombed back to the Stone Age). And Saddam ain't Syria's friend by any stretch of the imagination. Bigvette, I would argue that the knowledge transfer happenned btw Iraq and Syria but actual materials? 1) Syria doesn't need the 2) They ain't that easy to move. |

I'll definitely agree with OOE there. Syria can certainly pump out plenty of their own chem weapons. They have all the facilitys. The only thing they might need from Iraq is information- and they might not even need that.
