This is such a great range. The Goshen County Sportsmans Club in Torrington WY has the best civilian facility I've ever personally seen. 18 trap and skeet ranges, (professional grade), club house thats open during matches, RV parking with power and showers, 2 small pistol ranges, a small bore rifle range, a large bore rifle range out to 300yds, and even a 100 yard archery range. Cost for me and the wife to join, just $65 for the year.
We joined a couple of months ago and we finally got the time to go play on Sunday. There were only 5 other shooters there, 2 on the first pistol range and the rest on the large bore rifle range. So we had a pistol range all to our selves. I did some function firing of a Colt Mustang +2 I'd had to detail strip to fix a minor problem, and spent the rest of the time with my .45. The wife worked out with her Ruger Security 6 .357 and by the time we finished she was hitting 6\" steel plates consistantly at 15 yards.
After that we went up on the archery range for about an hour before we called it a day. It was great to have a range all to ourselves, and being able to shoot and move down range when we wanted to and without haveing to worry about some schmuck next to us who can't keep his weapon pointed down range.
