The Strum Ruger website hosts a raft of great training videos.

Just pick on the link, then below the video player on the site are a bunch of small square icons for more videos. Pick on either \"Ruger Tactical Tips\" or \"Ruger Tactical Carbine Tips.\" These will open a new menue with the individual video topics listed. These videos, by Dave Spaulding, teach the same tactics and fundamentals that I taught for years as an AF CATM Instructor, with the same emphasis on weapon safety. Anyone who really takes their weapons serious and really want to pick up the skill necessary to defend themselvs and others, should really book mark these and review them from time to time, and most importantly, PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE.
There are also a couple of good series for beginning shooters here too. Great introductory training with the emphasis on safety and hands on training.
