Just picked one of these up in great shape with 86k miles at an auction i frequent for dirt cheap. 3 liter twin throttle body ram air V-6, limited slip RWD, independent rear suspension, and the whole 9 yards of luxury features. And man, does it handle in typical German fashion.
What kind of german car?
A 1998 Cadillac Catera...aka Opel Omega. A lot of people slam them because of their complexity and parts costs, but that's any Cadillac or German car, and besides, i have a Porsche, so i'm sure used to that. For a cheap \"throw away\" daily driver this was the best $1300.00 i have ever spent as long as i get a year out of it. Though odds are, i'll just resell it for a fat profit. In the meantime, it will make a very nice Repo-wagon.
This is an exact clone of the one i just got.
