For some details, released by 442nd Fighter Wing Public Affairs, please check: http://warthognews.blogspot.com/2009/05 ... s-for.html Anybody 442nd FW A-10 professional who can/will post additional info? Which A-10s and which F-16s were involved (both by serial numbers)? I would be very grateful for any support! |

JJ, I think your're crossing a OPSEC Line, I'd back off real quick. Just a ![]() You don't ask for that kind of Info of a unit in the AOR. You might get pictures etc.. and figure it out, but Numbers and Types etc... are off limits. Goose |

JJ, I'm getting really tired of this. You have a good website/Blog on the A-10 and I visit there often when I want to catch-up on A-10 news but, asking people here for tail numbers and information beyond what is posted in the articles you find on the web is getting old! I know you do not respond to any negative comments posted here and that's find but, don't be surprised if one day you find yourself blocked from this forum with no comments from me either. You have been warned....again. ![]() |

I understand, Dice-man! No further asks for serial numbers etc. in this open forum. You can be sure: In the future, I will full accept your limited WTF rules to avoid any mobbing or blocking. Also thanks for visiting Warthog News! But let me tell you: Related to my European origins, this independent blog (only edited by me) is open for some more details like logged serial numbers, logged callsigns, rare aircraft shots etc. Meanwhile, this unique blog is supported by a lot of photographers. Also growing is my Warthog Aircraft Database, supported by A-10 enthusiasths from United States and Europe. By the way: DoD's OPSEC and COMSEC rules are well known to me, at least since OEF started just after 9-11. Since then, I compiled most of all related USAF public info, and also some USN and USMC public info. And NEVER posting of individual aircraft serial numbers, visible on released PA pictures, were declared as OPSEC violation. Last but not least: The latest updates to this topic: http://www.442fw.afrc.af.mil/news/story ... =123149936 http://warthognews.blogspot.com/2009/05 ... o-air.html |

JJ, thanks for the response. All I ask is to stop asking people on these boards for information which is not in the articles you find on the net. I don't care where you get more info, from pictures, other forums, or other people, just don't bug the people on this forum. I do like your site and visit at least one a day. |
