My brother is in Afghanistan right now and said that he found a casing from an A-10. I can't find anywhere that tells me how big these things are. Any help? |

The cartridge casing is 30mm at the neck and 173mm in length. Trample the wounded- hurdle the dead. |

Where did he "find" a casing? They are not ejected from the aircraft after firing so someone must have given it to him..if it's an A-10 case. Ugly but well hung! |

Hmmmmmmmmm, I wouldn't know anything about anything of the sort!!! (looks around for Customs....) j/k Yeah, make sure you tell him he probably won't be able to bring those home. Let's just say some people almost "threw down" when they were told they had to leave 'em behind.
