Guys it is being reported that an apache is down in Iraq. News is not clear. Keeping them in your prayers.

Apache and a MH-53J went down. Might had been low vis. No casualties on them and the Pave Low is in little pieces now.

Marines lost a 46 from mech problems. 16 reported dead and 12 of them were Limeys. Eyewitness account from another chopper in the formation reported it went in fast.

Marines bet the farm on Osprey and their aicraft are suffering.

RIP!!

just heard the Apache took ground fire and had a near total loss of lectronics at 100kts in total darkness , no FLIR no NVGs apparently either( maybee were flying on the "monocle" when the sparks hit the spam)<can you say PUCKER!!!> GREAT job getting her down!!<S they restarted the helo and got back OK.
