Thanks HogFixer, it may be a week or so before I can get the pages build (working overtime this weekend) but, will post here when they are done.

Yep, that's a new one, thanks. :D HogFixer, do you know someone at the engine shop who may be willing to \"talk\" to me via email and give me a little background on these peices of art and how the practice got started?

I know everyone in the engine shop including the guy who painted a lot of these! There are a few that came from other bases like the \"Patriot\" etc.
I will try to talk to him on Tuesday and get some historical info!!
Most engines have at least a name on them based on some maintenance history, \"Iron Man\", because it was making metal in the oil samples. \"Burnt Betty\", Had a Catostophic failure and had to be torn down. \"Tastes like Chicken\" Flew through a flock of birds!! ETC. Not all have art though.

Nice arts, that painter is a little artist. It is sad that persons that not work with A-10 engines never seen this paintings in real.
