Picked this up from Tate (patchspain) on eBay...

I was surprised to see the 45th using a different patch, but found a pic of it being worn by the 917th Operations Group deputy commander in an Air Force press release...

Tate added that the USAF Heraldry Office has already directed changes, so this version will not be used for long.
