Now that I'm starting to get a decent collection of unit coins I'm looking for a decent display to lay them out in. Can anyone recommend a company that makes them, but aren't too expensive? Thanks! |

http://www.wemakecoins.com/ I have 4 ranks/tiers in clear from this company. Great to do business with. The fact the coin holders spin let you see/display both sides. They aren't cheap, but well made and worth it for our \"investment\". Hope this is what you're looking for. |

thanks, I like the fact you can spin them. The only other display layout I've seen is a wooden \"felt\" type fabric which the coins stood up in and it layed flat on the table. Capt Mutti (PAO) of the 104th had one on his desk. Can you post or send me a closer picture as theirs is very small and doesn't offer much detail. thanks, |

I was going to say I'd take a pic of mine, but remembered my camera went T.U. But, by way of description: Each row is 18x3x3\", heavy 1/4\" acrylic. They have pegs and holes on the 4 corners so they stack on top of each other securely. If you order single rows, they each come with feet; a multi-row stack comes with one set of feet. The holders have 12/6 o'clock pegs that slide along a groove and snap into the top/bottom of the section. They can be removed/replaced. The holders are two-piece that fit snuggly together clamshell like. The foam inserts are in concentric 2mm rings that allow sizing for various circumferenced coins. They also hold other shapes like oval, pentagonal, etc. All in all a very well thought out item. 'Bout the best I can do, sorry. |

that works great, sounds very sturdy and I really like the fact they can spin. I'll have to add this to the Xmas list ![]() |
