Someone is selling some patches on ar15.com; One of them has the Flying Tiger, but the patch shape is a shield shape, looks different. I'm guessing an Army unit uses the same graphic? (I do know the 23rd doesn't have a lock on it because there is an Israeli Air Force Squadron that uses the same logo. THE 8-229th Aviation Regiment U S ARMY unit at FT KNOX fly the AH-64. Their patch is the same patch the AVG used, the Flying Tiger and the blue \"V\" .. I do think they still use the Adam and Eve , Panda Bear, and Hells Angel patches |
