Stress, far as I know, the only engine that was ever in the A-7 was the TF-41, an Allison engine. The TF-30 was (is) an afterburning turbofan originally developed for all variants of the 'vark, including the Navy version.

After you questioned it, I didn't trust my memory and looked it up. The TF-41 (an Allison built version of the RR Spey engine)is the engine the Air Force selected for their variant. The A, B & E model A-7 had non afterburning TF-30's.

Ninety percent of the game is half mental.
