Post subject:  seems they need to tap some retired pilots
As I read this story I began to think there has to be a lot of high time retired pilots out there who might be willing to do this as reservist.

Kind of reminded me of the stories of the old marines trying to re-enlist.

Your thoughts guys.

I still don't know why UAV's ops NEED to be performed by O's. Hell, it's damn near a giant video game anyway, put an 18 year old in there and that MiG vs Pred \"dogfight\" may have turned out differently.

I'm sorry, I have to agree with weasel on this one, man some of the video games they have today plus, What do they use as a recruiting tool?

Video Game Sims. Just have a \"WSO\" next to the \"Pilot\" they used A1C's in NAM due to the \"Pilot Shortages\" as \"Back Seaters\"

Think out of the box, but yes this would be prefect for Pilots who have been \"grounded \"DNIFED\" for medical reasons.

16 Hours a week, Healthy Food.

School Girls in Mini Skirts.

Driving on the wrong side of the road,

buying beer in a pop machne out on the street.

Not having GW or the New \"Great Black Hope\" on my tv set daily.


I could go on and on about retirement and a change of scenery.

Grandfathers are not supposed to carry the burden of the country till death. They need to be at home spreading wisdom and experiance.

The young pups need to harden the F_up and step up to their responsebilities.
