Hi. on a spring break trip I saw a NASA F-18 loaded on a truck without the wings. It was moving east on interstate 40, between Kingman and Flagstaff. I first thought it was the AAW test vehicle, since i think that's the only F/A-18 currently in service with NASA. But i also heard that F/A-18s were used for the quiet super-sonic aircraft studies. Does anyone know what it was and where it was going? Freak |
