I thought it already was to be honest.

Pretty damned unrealistic one too.

all that "destroy the world 1000 times" stuff is because the military doesnt trust nuclear weapons to actually work, never has. They refer to them as "science projects". They HOPE they work, but dont believe they are reliable. No telling how many duds failed to go off under the Nevada desert over the years.

I always thought those scenarios were flights of fantesy..

We do dumb things as humans. I truly dont think any legitimate govt is stupid to the genetic level that they would Jiffy pop the planet.

Of course we were the first to pull the idiot straw....regardless of the circumstances. Its why today we still spend billions on repairations for the japanese...... We may have won the war, but financially it is a very heavy unspoken burden...

The Japs are lucky we nuked them.

ALL of the alternatives were far, far worse...

The whole country(Japan) would've starved to death.

Why would anyone wage a catastrophic nuclear war on the US and risk destroying our thriving, successful porn industry? <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>
