...I am building my first plastic-model since about 12 years. It´s an 1-72 AH-64A. (why the Apache?? Thats another story...<img src=newicons/Whatever_anim.gif border=0 align=middle>) I found a lot of pics in the net but what I´m looking for are pictures of the AH-64A in iraq/saudi-arabia.. Especially the paint-scheme with the "shark-teeth" (I found a drawing, it says 82 Airborne Division during Desert Storm had that paint-scheme...) Homer32, I've got some shots of the Apache that I took here in Korea if that'll help, let me know and I'll post them again. As for the Flying Tigers "Sharks Teeth" I did a yahoo search for "Flying Tigers" & "AH-64" and came up with units assigned at Ft. Bragg and a couple of other bases, unfortunalty I couldn't access them from my civilian ISP account. capche-capche da - we go forward together Faugh ah Ballaugh -Clear The Way- |
