Guess I havent checked the latest at CSBA for quite some time. This is a September 1, 2004 report on USAF plans(click on latest from CSBA and then the relevant report): http://www.csbaonline.org/ Here is the meat of the USAF OOB as planned circa 2022: 260 F/A 22 of 271 to be procured( 68 have been procured through 2004 plus six procured with R&D funds) (apparently for the F/A 22, F-35,UCAS and FB-X the totals take into account attrition) 1120 F-35 of 1370 to be procured through 2022, 1763 through 2026 250 F-16 100 A-10 170 F-15E 260 UCAS of 300 to be procured through 2022 140 FB-X of 200 to be prcured through 2022 2300 Total Tactical Combat Aircraft 222 C-17 510 C-130 96 C-5A/B 21 B-2 60 B-1 76 B-52(Note: These will be 60 years old) 280 new build tankers 260 KC-135R/T (Note: these will be 60 years old approx.!!!!!) 59 K-10A 120 SOF aircraft including 50 V-22 CSBA considers this plan unaffordable and presents four options.
