NAVY DELAYS DECISION TO START OPERATIONAL EVALUATION FOR V-22 OSPREY
Due to problems with bearings in the V-22 Osprey’s gearbox, the Navy canceled plans to conduct an operational test ready review for the program last week, delaying the decision to start the critical test phase called operational evaluation, which is supposed to determine if the aircraft is operationally suitable and effective for military use.
