Pyrotechnics take a lot of time and effort to setup (not to mention money). Every time that pyrotechnics are used at airshows, a special team has to be hired to set them up and set them off. Additionally, licenses are required that are sometimes not easily gotten, or in some locations, not allowed.

Takes us about 4 hours to set up and shoot, it can be longer, depending on the size of the show, what shots folks want and how many acts we're shooting for. Commemorative Air Force units like the Blastards, EOD, or Tora Bomb Squad have done pyro for the military in the past. Great folks who are great to work with.
