I added a Speedfeed 4S (13\" pull) stock and Tacstar 6rd sidesaddle to my Beretta 1200FP semi auto 3\" mag 12 gauge. The optic is a Burris Fastfire II mini HUD.

The gun is a license built version of the Benelli M1S90. I still plan to get the barrel reduced to 18\" and get it ported.

Love the new stock. I added a Chote YBA Pistol grip stock to my Mossy 590 Mariner when I first bought it. The shorter LOP makes all the difference in the world. I added a thicker but plate to get the LOP the same as a standard M-16A2. It also helps a short armed ORF like me to be able to both support and pump the gun. The 6 shell side saddle is also a great addition to a pump gun like that. Did the same to mine. I like to keep 3 bird shot shells closest to the stock, 2 3\" 00Bucks next and finally a Sabot Slug in the last.

Bird shot is great for close in, 0 to 15 yards,
00Buck for 15 to about 40,
Slug from there to the next county.

Haven't thought much about a red dot for it though, but I do like my red dot on my AR. How well does it point with the HUD?

I keep the Beretta loaded with 12 pellet 2 3/4\" magnum 00 buck. The sidesaddle houses 3 rds of 385gr Barnes solid copper .50 cal hollowpoint slugs and 3 rds of 3\" magnum #6 shot.

I should be able to handle anything from a pigeon to an elephant with that load selection on hand. ;)

The HUD isn't too great for pistols, but it's really good on a long gun because of the long sighting plane. It comes on target instantaneously, and gives round the clock precision targeting capability well beyond the range of the gun itself.

Bring your Sig P230, a couple boxes of ammo, and some food, you're always welcome here during the apocalypse! :D
