Update. Blind Tiger is outstanding! My whole dinner was just awesome...and I could have made a dinner with just their dirty rice!

Hit the Crawfish Palace tonight and ate 3 pounds of bugs. Just became probably my favorite \"hole in the wall\" joint ever.

The weather is pretty crappy I guess. Snow/ice with freezing temps. Par for the course back in Indiana this time of year, but as of right this moment only interstate 20 is open...every other interstate is closed. I-20 will probably be closed by the morning. We still have to try to get our 16s out Friday morning...but it's not looking so good right now...heh.

it has been one hell of a week.....the snow was not expected, but hell it was snowing in Pensacola, Florida as well from what I here....glad you got to experience Louisiana and our renowned hospitality, I do wish the weather was better for you guys, it was the first significant snowfall we have had since Dec. 2000
