I've got some inexpensive framed prints available online now of A-10 profiles from 18 different squadrons, with more to come. I have not launched the custom service online yet, but if anyone wants a custom print, you are welcome to contact me and I'll take care of you. You can find them at http://www.cafepress.com/fritzthefox

The bargain prints are printed, framed and shipped by Cafepress. They are a good solution for someone who just wants something modestly priced and sized to hang on their wall with a minimum of fuss.

I will have a site set up soon to take orders for prints that I process myself, which can be customized and will be signed and shipped unframed, and will be be slightly more expensive, but will surpass anything Cafepress offers in both size and quality. I'll let ya'll know when it's live.

Hey Fritz ,

You ever do that \"76th TFS\" jet we talked about??? (Euro paint) plus you can do the \"New 76th FS\" being Stationed at Moody AFB (Grey)

Hey, goose! I'm doing the Euro paints next...I wanted to get the current squadrons done first. 166 is up at the top of my list. I still have the pix you sent...any others you have are welcome.

I'm putting up a new website right now to sell the custom prints. Once it is done, I'll be starting on some green hogs.

I don't have any photo reference for the 76th at Moody. the bulk of my reference is from Don Logan's books and the net, so anything really new is new to me, too. If you (or anyone else) have anything, I'd love to see it...

Fritz,

I don't know how the 76th (Moody) will be painted? Have to ask the Folks here that one.

Does anyone know if the \"Vanguards\" are keeping the Tail Flash and Patch from the 76TFS days with the 23rd TFW at England AFB???

Goose, from what I'm hearing the 76th won't actually posses any aircraft. They will be using Acft which belong to the 74th and 75th. Not sure if that'll change in the future

WELL THAT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!, Their just going to be another \"Paper Tiger\" . :(

I'm saying that because , \"You need Jets to be a Squadron\" if they just had 6 to 12 thats something and use the others on weekends or whenever.

Even if their \"A\" models but No \"Jets\" its just in IMO its \"Paperwork shuffling \"

I know I'll get beat-up on this , but The way I feel.

Hey Fritz,
any way to make them available unframed to lower the cost even more? I'd like to buy a few of them, and while $38 is a good price for a framed print, it doesn't exactly mean I can order five or six at a time right now......I just wondered if there is any option to buy without the frame...

At the moment I don't, but that is a good thought.

Cafepress has a mini poster print that I could probably sell for about ten bucks. I'm not sure what the quality is like, but it is probably pretty good. But they are 11x17, which might make for some difficulty framing them, since it is in oddball size. It would have to be matted.

They also have greeting cards, mugs and bumper stickers. Any of that sound interesting?

Imagekind, a POD place like Cafepress (In fact, Cafepress just bought them) but with an emphasis on fine art, has more printing options and probably better quality, but I wanted to wait to see how things went before setting up there. (They have a monthly fee). Prices are a bit higher overall.

The main reason I chose the framed print on Cafepress was because the size was ideal for the art. More typical sizes would mean I would have to fill the top and bottom of the print with more graphic elements, which I think looks cluttered. (If you look at a Squadron Signal print, they do that by writing in the unit history and sticking emblems all over it, which is nice but looks more like a page from a book than a piece of art)

One thing I might be able to do is take a bulk order and simply have all the smaller prints ganged onto one sheet, then cut them to size myself. I could sell those cheap, and size them for a typical bargain frame, and they would be great quality. But it would require a minimum order.

I've also considered a poster with ALL the current squadrons on it.

What do you guys think? For those of you looking for a bargain basement solution, is framing important for you? What sizes interest you? Any other products sound intriguing? I'm building the shop now, so it's a great time to chime in...

The 76 FS at Moody is the squadron that owns the Reserve personnel assigned to the 23d.

I seen my \"Print\" Fritz did for me of my Jet at \"2\" stages at EAFB La.
Both on the same paper, so its 2 \"Version of 80-0166\".

We must of emailed 15 times checking and double checking \"Everything\",
The Door Art is \"Great\" on the Jet. The price was \"Pretty Good too\"

If Fritz wants to \"Show\" my print I had him do \"Go For it\" because I can't wait to hang it on my wall.

You can see the \"detail\" put into it, just \"little things \" a Crew Chief would notice about his jet (minus the fuel leak)

Here's a low-rez shot of one of the profiles (I've watermarked it for the web.)

PK: I know at least 3 personnel working there with the 76th if you need a POC let me know and I'll see what I can do for you.

Dice,

as much as I can tell (I've only gotten a \"Proof\" version of both versions of 166 its well \"Spot On\" and clear.

The Print is going to be 16x20 (or 30) that he has at the printers now.

When I get the \"Full Actual Print\" I will give my final Grade.

But I have No Complaints so far on anything.

Hey Fritz,

If anyone wants a copy feel free to \"do whatever you want too\" you might get 2 more who want prints of the Desert Storm Bird alone or the other alone.

So be looking for the emails soon.
