Someone posted some outstanding aviation pics on another forum, and I thought this one would be especially appreciated here...

But they don't know who the artist is! Does anyone recognize this print?

Cheers! M2

No, it was fired by someone else who forgot the Hawg is so slow, missles don't have time to arm before they go whooshing by. [lol]

Hell, they both look alike to me. It seems though back in the day (lol) AIM-7s were all white...back when we had 3 on the Phantom.

That is a \"Cool\" picture, but why do you need the AIM-7?

AGM-65 would of been AWESOME

Now is the IFR door open or closed????!

Here's a picture I found on my Girls art site they publish on. I thought it would be the A-10's answer to the \"F-22\"

MajorMadMax is mistaken...the artwork was produced by
Glen Angus, who sadly passed away recently. You can see more samples in this series (which are all amazing) at:

The Hog is accurately rendered, not to mention the bit of totty in the background..........but the bloody missile spoils it.

Not to poke at a nice piece of work, but isn't the in-air refueling door open?
