This is the full POGO- Osprey .pdf file, and is vastly more comprehensvie than the earlier(erroneous) link i gave that was just an article summarizing this .pdf.

This is the one that mentions the space restrictions of the Ospreys cabin in some detail.(Among a wide variety of other things).

PS: As far as him not being listened to by those in power, apparently he prepared a special report on MV22 to SecAF as indicated in his footnote #40.
