Cache Of Weapons Found In NJ Motel Room

The FBI says a man charged with multiple weapons offenses after a cache of weapons and maps of a military facility were found in his New Jersey motel room has no known terrorism link.

Special Agent Bryan Travers says the FBI was asked to investigate after Lloyd Woodson of Reston, Va. was arrested early Monday.

The arrest came after a report that the 43-year-old was acting suspiciously in a convenience store before dawn in Branchburg.

Prosecutors say he was wearing a bulletproof vest and carrying a semiautomatic rifle.
They say they found a cache of weapons in his motel room, including rifles, a grenade launcher and a night vision scope. They say he also had maps of a U.S. military facility and a town outside New Jersey.

I can't think of any legitimate, lawful reason a dude would be wandering around outside in New Jersey with a .50cal AR and wearing body armor given the details (or lack thereof) that we have.

If they arrested him in Newark I'd not be concerned...thinking he'd be dressed just about right.

LOL. Camden is actually worse. I've repo'ed some cars there. Even worse than that is Chester, Pa. Just outside Philly.

It's like a 3rd world country there. A bad one...
