Get this BULL SH--!

Our Attorney General wants to turn over everyones name who holds a
Illinois Fire OwnersID Card FOID Card. To the Public.

Those cards are issued by the Illinois State Police.

The AP Made the Request of the AG, She wants to turn the list over and told the ISP to do it.

The ISP has Refused it. They consider that information Private and releasing it to the Public will be nothing but a \"Crimals Shopping list\" for firearms or Which Houses to hit\" that don't have protection.

The ISP Told the AG to give a \"Leagal Ruling on here deicison\" because they our going to take Her to Court. They Will NOT RELEASE THE INFORMATION

I Heard one person say \"She wanted to know if she was living around people who had firearms because that scared her\"

BULL---(*^&^&*%^*%^&%$$^@$%@#%@#%@#!$#!##&$%*^&%%&*^

I say if they make it Public, Ok then someone trys to break in, Oh well they should of Checked the Paper first  Dumbass!

Fine. then release to the public a list of all persons convicted of driving under the influence more than once. They're more dangerous than a legal firearm owner. I wonder, though, if someone burglarized a home, found/stole weapons, was caught, and admitted they went there based on the published info, if you could bring a suit against AG/state.

This @!#*ed-up state is the Kalifornia of the MidWest.

She says now, The Names aren't Private, but she won't publish Address or phone numbers.

State Police said \"NO WAY\" They WILL NOT RELEASE THE INFO.
Its going to Court.

But my thing is I'm home they try to get in , They should of Read the Paper :!:

They should give her a list of a million John H Smiths and Jane B Does. Throw in a \"Shirley U Gest\" just for fun.

Hell, out here in CO, the state congress is actually entertaining the idea of a law that would make it perfectly legal for anyone to carry concealed without a permit, as long as they aren't breaking any other laws. Though I'm still thinking of getting one in WY just so I can carry in other states as well.

Thier trying to pass it for us to have the Righ to C&C, I think that is the reason why this Whole thing was started.

But you will only be able to C&C in certain Counties. 5 counties have Outlawed C&C for private citizens, other Counties want the right for the Sheriff to issue C&C to Residents of the County.

As long as you hold a FOID Card and go to the Sheriff's office and submitt your \"$$\" fee and Prints.

I don't see that ever happening. I wish
