...Does anyone know the average class size for A10 training out at DM?? I already know 3 other people with orders that will be in my class (one is a guy who graduated about 6 months ago who graciously bought my Jeep, two of them are students of mine who will graduate this Friday). I was thinking if the classes are not very big that we already know half of our class...

Hey brother -

I'm still in touch with 'Myk' down there. I'll E-mail him and see how big his class is.

I haven't forgotten the abbreviated checklist, but they moved the computer I had it saved on...I'm tracking it down so I can cut my stuff onto a floppy. As soon as I am successful in my search, I'll bang it off to you.

I can't imagine how psyched you are to be going to the FTU. No offense to our AETC brethren, but it was so nice to get that stink off and plaster an ACC patch on the bag.

Have you left for SOS yet? Or did you say that was in May?

One last thing -- have you been able to get over to the 88th and sandbag any rides yet? Try and ride along on as many defensive rides as you can. The sooner you learn the tricks of flying sitting sideways looking backward and the elusive 'perfect' guns jink, the better off you'll be.

Check six!

Air2Mud, did you ever perfect your guns jinks?

Class size at D-M are typically 6-8 students for the B-course. Study hard, fly hard, and have lots of fun! And remember, D-M is not operational. The real fun starts when you get to your ops squadron.

S#!t, Coach, I almost fell off my chair when I read that!

That's why I called it the 'elusive' perfect juns jink. :-)

Let's see, last time I BFMed Scho had his way with me...watching his tape, you see me get skinny, pull, not pull enough, roll to jink the other way...his FEDS were all over me. UGLY!

Better luck next time.
