I can prolly get you some high quality close-up pics but I need to know exactly what you want and from what angles you want them.

Well, I still have all my maps as I'm still in Kuwait. However, the maps we made over here are still considered classified to the best of my knowledge. What I can do is take a pic of a generic 1:Whatever size map folded like the one in your design and send that to you.

Gotta be honest with you Jimbo, the map looks good as is! Now, how about some grease pencil scribbling on the canopy?

We're using TLMs (1:100,000) for the dirty work. Other than that, it's 1:500,000 for general navigation and plotting to figure out which 100 to use.

thanx A2M, but i'm not happy with it atm - it would put my mind @ rest knowing that i'd had a good stab @ what ur maps look like in the cockpit if i'd seen 1 to copy

what does the grease pencil stuff look like? any1 supply a pic?

<b>TG</b> that would b gr8, any map folded in the cockpit would be ideal - the higher res the pic the better <img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>

i should have the sketches for the pics u offered to do done for 2moro

right got to dash - this was just another flying visit in2 the office to pick up some software <img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>

Yojumbo, looks like you are going into a great amount of detail do you want imputs on other items..like the paint scheem is a little off. The Dark Ghost gray should extend all the way to the wingtips on top, I see a few other minor items and I'll post them if you are interested.

Hey there, not trying to be critical, but you seem very detail-oriented (a good quality in my book). Anybody feel free to correct me if I am wrong, but should the flares of the far hog be going in a different direction, according to the smoke trails?

<hr height=1 noshade id=quote></BLOCKQUOTE id=quote></font id=quote><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica" size=2 id=quote>

I have seen different versions.
Triangle:
- usually there is a "Danger" on each side of the triangle (outside). Inside usually "EJECTION SEAT".

BOX:

WARNING
THIS AIRPLANE CONTAINS SEAT EJECTION
AND CANOPY JETISON INITIATORS
CONTAINING EXPLOSIVE CHARGES

Heres a good detailed picture:

You´re welcome!!
I forgot to give you another VERY good site:

http://www.aircraftresourcecenter.com/

have a look in the "Walkarounds"-section.
Very nice detailed pix there, too.

It's just like Coach said. Perhaps in another picture, the seeker head looked a different color? I've seen it appear greenish, yellowish, sometimes black...just depends on the viewing angle, lighting, and what's reflecting in it.

YOJIMBO,

IF YOUR GOING TO USE THE GREY CAMMO YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE WING PATCH.
YOU HAVE THE OLD "23TFW) PATCH ON IT
THEY DROPPED "TATICAL" FROM THE PATCH WHEN THEY DID AWAY WITH "TAC"
IT SHOULD JUST BE "FIGHTER WING"
IF YOU WANT TO KEEP THE "23TFW) PATCH YOU HAVE TO CHANGE HER TO "EURO-1 AND HER TAIL COLORS TO THE "TRI COLOR (RED,BLUE AND BLACK") IT WASNT ASSIGNED TO BLUE 74TH. IT WAS AS IN BOTH OF THE TWINS ASSIGNED TO THE 76TH.
PLUS HER TAIL CODES WOULD OF BE OVERSIZED AND 3D'ED WITH WHITE BACK GROUNDS.
EVEN AFTER THEY MADE 0186 TIGER-ONE THEY ALWAYS KEPT THE 23RD COLORS ON THE JETS FOR SOMETIME.
