I was there last Sep for a reunion and I was appalled at the lack of discipline and bearing. Most of the cadets didn't even bother to call me "Sir" as an O-4. Back in the brown shoe days (Not all that long ago, especially considering how old Mudd is ...<img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle> ) when I was a cadet we thought Captains were gods...

There has been a significant decline in military bearing there, recently. I know cadets have a reputation for being little turds, but we always at least knew what we were SUPPOSED to be doing. The class of '07 has no idea. So much for the new training system... <img src=newicons/Whatever_anim.gif border=0 align=middle>

<i>edited to add: Warthog30, have you been to USAFAToday.com? The forum (open to only grads, sorry all others) was recently added and has made some good headway in getting the AOG to listen to the grad community at large.</i>
