I'd say the odds were pretty darned slim for both.

Still, she is a cutie. Perhaps she would distract the enemy long enough for her crewmates to do the heavy lifting.

Actually, a lot of the SpecOps birds are going to use the GECAL.50 mini.

Some of them already do. That's a MEAN mofo. Impossible to use in an emergency dismount though, the recoil is too severe, even when the entire base is buried.

I have no prob with the Ma Duece being used, but i hope the people that put the TO&E together are smart enough to include a tripod with T&E mechanism as part of the loadout.

when I first heard of the 50 cal switch I figured the GECAL( one of my favs) but then they showed the duce and I'm like ooooookkkkkkkaaaaayyyy, but maybee they ARE thinking of emergency situations. Hey maybee with BOTH GECALS firing down they could RTB with a rotor failure LOLOL

I'd love to see those cuties in full light infantry garb with ranger ruck keep up with any of the men from the 101st or 82d in a 25 mile forced road march.

Aint happening.

For that matter, they couldn't hang with any US light infantry unit in a similar march.

Get a clue.

To be honest. There are doubts they'd be able to hold a candle to Msgt. Eversman, Lt. Col. Steele, Or any particular Delta Force Operater.

But make no mistake. There'd be a possibility, should the incentive be good enough. To ditch any of America's fighting men in a public place, such as a sports bar, for some of those IDF Fighting women
One less person to account for & drop off later would make any Leatherneck pals of mine happy. (as opposed to getting smacked upside the head for staying with the boys in such a scenario.)
